I forgot the account password, how can I reset it?

If you forgot your account password, go to Account page and click on “Forgot your password?”. A temporary password will be send to your email address in order to let you access again to your account. Later, in this section you can set a new personal password.

Where can I check my orders?

Logging to your Account page with your credentials, you’ll be able to view all your past and current orders and their status. If you requested the invoice you can also read it into PDF format and eventually download it locally on your device.

I want to change my shipping address, how can I do it?

For a order just closed or in “processing” state it’s not possible to modify neither shipping address nor billing one. For your future orders you can change your addresses simply logging to your Account page: there you can insert your new info into “Addresses” section.
